Return & Exchange Window
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags and labels attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

Important: Please contact our support team before returning any items to receive the correct return/exchange address.


Return & Exchange Procedure

Step 1:
Email us at swiftcommercelimited@outlook.com to request the return/exchange address.

Step 2:
Carefully repackage your items as per the instructions provided and ship them to the return address.

Step 3:

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit card) within 3–5 business days. Please allow 3–7 additional business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 3 business days after your returned item is received and approved.


Order Cancellation

We process most orders quickly — often within hours. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by emailing us.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
